The hotel offers prive shuttle services from one to six people. A member of our team will be waiting for you at Calama airport to take you in the 1h30 trip from teh airport to the hotel, with a very premium and exclusive service. Although there are several options for shared services to and from the airport, in general these services are only available for flights arriving and departing from Calama airport between 8 a.m. and 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. m. Chilean time. In addition to that, with the shared option, the arrival and pick-up time at the hotel may be much longer than if you hire a private option.

To book transfer services, we will need the following information:

– All guests’ full names
– Flight details (number and arrival/departure time) 
– Preferential contact telephone number

• Terms and conditions – Transfer Reservation
  – Once the flight has completely disembarked at the Calama airport (CJC), if the passenger does not show up to the driver, it is declared a “no show”, and implies full charging for the services;
  – Modifications to service hours are allowed up to five hours in advance, to the following contacts:

  – Any modification made with less than five hours notice is considered a new service, and will be charged accordingly

The payment of transfer service is made once reservation is confirmed. This service can be booked until 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
