Payment:
The hotel will charge a security deposit for the total amount of your stay, but full payment will be fully collected 7 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.
All reservations must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be automatically cancelled and in the event of passenger arrival, will be subject to hotel availability.
Cancellation:
To cancel your reservation, please send an email to info@terrantai.com.
Please note the specifics of no charge cancellation dates and our no show policies.
Taxes:
Based on Chilean tax legislation, Chilean citizens, persons with Chilean residency and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile are subject to pay VAT of 19% on the room rate.
Children policy:
From 14 years old on.
Check In and Check Out:
Check In time: 15:00 PM
Check Out time: 11:00 AM
Parking:
San Pedro de Atacama’s heritage regulations prohibit parking of any kind in the historic sector (including in front of the hotel). However, Terrantai has a parking area one block from the hotel at no additional cost to our guests. Please contact us for more information.
